Where was I

About 1970’s, two beauty little girls were born in Hong Kong. One of the little girls is me who with long and dark hair. When I was born, I had 2.2 kilograms. I went to a kindergarten and primary school with my little twin sister together. We love each other very much. After finished my high school, I went to Canada by myself continuing my study.

My sister loves singing and dancing so much and I was influenced by her. Before I moved in Canada, most of my activities were playing piano, dancing and karaoke. In school, we had got a couple champions for singing contests.

I had been a part-time piano teacher in Calgary since I graduated my diploma at Mount Royal College. Right now, I am taking some part-time courses for my degree. In the meanwhile, I am working in a small company which is located in Chinatown selling musical instruments.

Even though I am living in Calgary, I still miss my home country "Hong Kong". My favour things and place in Hong Kong are as follow.

  1. Harbour - Night View
  2. Ladies' Market in Mong Kok
It is very colourful and one of the best places to shop for clothes for the whole family. The many street stalls sell a diverse range of bargain items, including clothing, watches, toys and souvenirs.
  3. Dim Sum ("touch the heart")
It is the quintessential Hong Kong eating experience featuring an incredible variety of dumplings, buns, pastries and soups served at breakfast or lunch. Dim sum is usually served with pots of tea and the meal is referred to as yum cha ("drink tea").
  4. The Tsing Ma Bridge forms part of the link between the Hong Kong International Airport and the downtown areas. At 2.2 kilometres long, it is the world's longest road-and-rail suspension bridge.
